Billing Information

Hi-Desert Family Health Clinics offer a variety of payment options including Medi-Cal, MediCare, IEHP, and some major Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs).  Please check with your insurance plan to confirm if Hi-Desert Family Health Clinics is contracted with your individual health plan.

We also offer assistance for self-payment on a sliding fee scale according to family size and income providing the assurance that no patient will be denied services based on an inability to pay.  To qualify for this discounted self-pay fee, please request the form from our Registration Clerks upon arriving to your appointment or download the form here form}.  You will be asked to provide income verification when you return the application.

Assistance in completing applications for Medi-Cal or Covered California Marketplace plans (during open enrollment) is also available at both of our health center locations by contacting our Outreach & Enrollment Specialist, Sheree Fansler at (760) 625-5718.

Patient Billing

Patient billing services for Hi-Desert Family Health Clinics is provided by our business services department in the Administrative offices of Hi-Desert Family Health Clinics.  To inquire about a bill you may have received for medical or dental services, please contact a representative in the Business Services Office.  Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at (760) 365-9503, ext. 1503.  If you would like to discuss your billing statement in person, you are welcome to visit the Business Services Office located at 58383  29 Palms Highway, Suite 101, Yucca Valley, California  92284.
